For smaller components, we implement gantry loading and unloading systems, while for larger and heavier parts, we use 6-axis robots, capable of one-to-one and one-to-two configurations.

 

 

We are experienced in the valve production industry, particularly with components made from steel and cast iron. Our CNC Lathe with one piece casting structural design minimizes vibrations during the cutting process, resulting in higher precision, improved surface finish, and longer tool life.

 

 

Turning Center (CNC Lathe)

Machining Center

  • Valve Body Machining: The machining center is essential for creating the valve body's intricate passages and cavities. Multi-axis machines can perform operations from multiple angles without repositioning the workpiece, improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Surface Finishing: CNC machining centers also handle surface finishing operations, such as polishing and deburring, to ensure the valve components meet the required surface quality and dimensional tolerances.
