2017年台北國際工具機展 (TIMTOS 2017) 將於明 (2017) 年3月7日至12日假台北世貿中心一、三館、南港展覽館及圓山爭艷館等地盛大舉行。記者會由外貿協會展覽處黃漢唐副處長、機械公會工具機專業委員會莊大立會長，與機械公會王正青秘書長共同主持。黃漢唐副處長表示，TIMTOS為全球第5大、亞洲第2大、台灣第1大金屬加工設備專業展。展覽開放報名短短一周內，報名廠商家數就超過950家，創新紀錄。估2017年可吸引超過7,500位國外買主及4萬7,500名國內業者。

台灣區工具機暨零組件公會主辦的「2014 TMTS台灣國際工具機展」於2014年11月5日至9日在大台中國際會展中心(Greater Taichung International Expo Center，GTIEC)隆重登場。2014TMTS以「展覽結合產地供應鏈」做號召，深受參展商及國際買主的肯定，且緊接在日本工具機展JIMTOF之後登場，預計將擴大吸引全球買主來台採購。2014TMTS展覽除展現台灣工具機產業的創新力與國際競爭力外，更是搶攻開拓全球市場商機的重要舞台，保守估計今年TMTS展覽交易規模更勝上屆，現場訂單金額可望超過60億新臺幣，伴隨未來的商機更是無限可期。
